El próximo 18 de diciembre se inaugurará el cuarto de los ocho estadios mundialistas en Qatar con una nueva edición de la final de la Copa Amir.
Qatar inaugurará el 18 de diciembre el cuarto de sus ocho estadios para la Copa del Mundo, el Al Rayyan, con la disputa final de la Copa Amir, dijeron el miércoles los organizadores, justo dos años antes de la fecha en la que se definirá el torneo más importante del fútbol.
El estadio con capacidad para 40.000 personas albergará siete partidos del Mundial hasta octavos de final.
"Nuestros preparativos para la Copa del Mundo siguen en marcha, con el 90% de los proyectos de infraestructura completados", dijo en un comunicado Hassan Al Thawadi, secretario general de la organización del torneo.
"Esperamos poder inaugurar más estadios el próximo año", finalizó.
